I used to feel this way about my instincts. Turned out there was a narcissist close to me in my life who made me constantly question my own judgement. After cutting her out I’ve gotten much better at listening to/properly feeling out my gut/intuition. I still have moments where I wholly misread a situation, but they’re getting fewer and further between each instance.
I’m not saying there’s a narcissist in your life, but it could be that there’s something blocking you. It’s definitely worth digging into it. 💖
