If you look behind Chico; those ‘curtains’, they are really shower curtains from the Dollar Tree before inflation hit. Over the winter, I upgraded my curtains to real ones. But they were on the Wal-Mart clearance rack. 😂Recently, I decided to redo my living room. Every time I sat on the couch, I saw a crack from where my house had done some settling. Look up, there was that crack. My eyes were drawn to it like a dog to a bone. This rug doesn’t quite match my decor. It was hand made and was a gift. It stays. The mirror was always given to me. It was going to get thrown away. I decided that maybe Chico and I needed an ottoman to prop our feet on when we sat in that chair. 🤔I’m a huge fan of use what you have to make what you need. If you can. I got 2 boxes from work. The one on the right. And filled them full of clean but used cardboard or paper. Like the smaller box on the left. Here is why you needed to know about the shower curtain. The 2 boxes got taped together. With tape already in the house. Much like a Christmas present. Now Chico and I have an ottoman. 🎉Did you notice the lamp shade? It didn’t come with those pretty flowers on it. Hot glue. When not in use, just move it to the side so Cheekie can lay in the sun. ☀️
