For the month of November, I did the walking challenge 100 miles. 3.5 miles per day. I did it.
A few days were really hard. Didn’t feel good. Tired. Just wanted to go to bed. But I did it. What did I win? Just the knowledge that I can do 3.5 miles a day.

Congrats!

But do you feel any different? Was there any benefit physically? I worked out approx 40 minutes 4-5 days a week a day for two years- and since I have slacked off I do feel the difference- but when I was doing it? I didn’t feel any stronger or fitter at all… so I am just interested.

Honestly, I don’t know. There is something else going on with me that is overshadowing the walking challenge. Something I just have to live with. My cousin found out that I was walking and she wants to start walking again. We are going to be each other’s accountability partners. I’ll take that as a win. Ask me again at the end of Dec. 😉

Well, good for you! I think I might actually do it if I had someone to walk with. I hope the other thing eases up on you!!

Thanks 💕 Me too. Sometimes we just need that little bit of support.

On the plus side, I took a flying trip to the doctor today. Have lost weight since my last dr visit. That was in April. I think. But my goal isn’t to loose a lot of weight now. The goal is to learn how to eat for my body. I’ll take the weight loss. 😃

Heck yeah, Chico’s Mom! Plus you learned something new about yourself and what you’re capable of.
