I almost cried. Struggling today anyway. Half of my co-workers want a cat, half want a dog, 1 wants a bird and 1 a lizard. The powers that be said no to all the above.
It’s understandable, but sad when your baby wants to come work with you. Even working from home, like I do most days, I occasionally get one of the cats who really, really, wants to be in my workspace with me and I have to reluctantly refuse because then he’ll start getting into mischief if I let him join me.

Aww. I suppose that would be frowned upon (my company just put in a new rule that disallows pets in the office).

I can see Chico coming to work with me. He would be in my lap the whole time. And I wouldn’t have the discipline to say no.
