What struck me most about this one, the creek it is in is part of a park. I would have thought the city or tourism commission would have cleaned the creek out. From the looks of the buggy, it’s been there awhile.
One of my managers has a night job where he goes out and recollects the ones that have escaped from Wal-Mart. I’ll let him know it’s there. Kentucky, I presume?

There were some teens fishing in the creek. On our entire walk, I never saw a single minner. I have no idea what they were fishing for?
