My last weight loss journey: finding balance

My cousin and I have become accountability partners. Thanks to the help of Mr. Apple and being able to share information; we can see when we’ve completed workouts. She seems to be an early riser. While I grab spans of time where I can. I promised to keep doing the 3.1 miles per day untilContinue reading “My last weight loss journey: finding balance”

My last weight loss journey: this is not medical advice

Last time I shared with you the amazing amount of fun I was having with acid reflux. The doctor put me on protonix. At first; I was super excited about this, until I started reading about the horrific side effects. It is my goal not to have to take these for very long. 🙏🏻  WhatContinue reading “My last weight loss journey: this is not medical advice”

Walking challenge: day 1

I’m not going to do a day by day update. I will only post on this, the first day. The 15th and the 30th; unless I walk somewhere really pretty. No worries that I’m going to flood your feed. 😉 3.3 miles for me is 8,600 steps (there about. According to Google). I’m short withContinue reading “Walking challenge: day 1”
