Tall seagrass

Hear the wind? My tassels blow to and fro. Hear the tones? Cold enough to chill the bones. A gust here. A gust there. Be still? Do I dare? You run and hide. But I must stay outside. Cold wind, all night will blow bringing with it a chance of snow.
