Am I kidding? No. And this is really good. My only complaint is that I couldn’t get the cottage cheese creamy enough. My fudge was a little lumpy.

1 bag of chocolate chips, melted. I melted mine double boiler style. You can melt them in a microwave; just make sure not to cook them.
1 cup of cottage cheese blended until smooth.
Mix together
Pour out on a pan with wax paper.
Refrigerate until set. Slice and eat.
Are you using something like Tollhouse or a darker chocolate?

I used Lily’s. They are more expensive. No added sugar. They are supposed to be better for us. 🤷♀️

Don’t let Chico get to those. 😉 The sweetener is (I think) one of those poisonous to dogs.
I just discovered Lily’s and was thinking about picking up a few more flavors as a quick fix when I need chocolate.
I think there are similar recipes that use cream cheese instead of cottage cheese. You may want to check around. Fewer lumps 😋

Cheekie likes chocolate. 🤭 I give him a little bite every now and then.

Yeah, short of blending it (or sticking it in a food processor), I can’t imagine that the curds will smooth out easily. Still, looks delicious and probably tastes great.

I think my food processor is too small. But yeah, it was so good.

I like Lilly’s a lot. They are good. You’re just gonna pay for them.

I have heard about this but never tried it. I would love to- but I absolutely cannot be trusted with a full pan of fudge- lumpy or not! hehehe

I had the same issue. 😉 wanted to eat it all. On the plus side, it didn’t make a very large pan.
